Tongue Steak with Coconut milk Sauce

Ingredients:
* 1 piece of beef tongue, boiled with salt
* pepper
* 2item cloves
* Â ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder until tender, cut into 1 cm thick
* butter for sauteing

Sauce:
* 5 red onions
* 2 cloves garlic
* 2 red chili without beans
* 1 segment ginger
* 1 vertebra turmeric
* 1 vertebra galangal
* 2 pieces of orange leaves
* Â ½ blocks maggi block the taste of meat
* salt and pepper to taste
* 300 cc coconut milk (coconut ½ Â)

Directions:
1. Saute the sliced ​​tongue in butter
2. Now make the sauce. Puree onion, garlic, red chilli, turmeric ginger, galangal. stir-fry until fragrant. Add lime leaves. Stir briefly.
3. Pour coconut milk, salt, pepper and maggi block. Cook, stirring frequently until boiling.
4. Serve with sauce earlier tongue, french fries and a variety of boiled vegetables.
