WATERMELON PUDDING

ingredients:
1 pack white gelatin powder
500 ml fresh milk
150 gr sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks btr
2 egg whites btr
Few raisins, cut into small pieces
Red dye, yellow green.
Brass triangle

How to make:
- Beat egg yolks with a fork, set aside.
- cook milk, gelatin, sugar and salt until boiling. Take 2 tablespoons of vegetables, pour into egg yolks, mix well, pour the mixture into the gelatin. Bring to a boil once again. Lift.
- beat the egg whites until stiff, pour hot jelly little by little while continuing to be shaken by a low speed, until the gelatin over.
- the dough is divided by 2, one part was given a red color and cut raisins. Pour into baking pan triangle.
- one part more, divided by 2. one is color-coded yellow, another in green. Pour the yellow color over red gelatin, allow half a frozen moment, pour jelly green. Freeze.
- remove from pan, cut into pieces. Serve.
