Klappertart - Original Recipe by Ellen posting at Teras Kuliner

Ingredients:
200gr sugar
220-250 gr flour
100 gr butter or margarine, melted
210 ml coconut milk
1 / 2 cans SKM
2 young coconuts, dredging contents
240 g whole egg (the size of 4x 60 g egg)
40 g sultanas (golden raisins and I mix regular raisins)
20 g chopped walnuts / almondvanili

How to:
Dissolve SKM with coconut milk, eggs and sugar sisihkan.Kocok until fluffy and pale do not immediately stop beating, add vanilla, flour, milk and melted butter, stirring constantly with wooden spoon until the foam disappears. Pour into molds glassproof and bake for 30-40 min with the temperature of 170-180 ° Centigrade.
